| 摘 要： | 以上海浦东新区新兴科技型企业为对象,对企业R＆D活动和自主技术创新进行经验研究,通过因子分析、回归分析等方法,提炼出企业的规模结构、研发人力资本投入及盈利能力对企业R＆D活动及自主技术创新发展的共同促进作用,验证了西方关于企业技术创新的理论,结果表明,区域新兴科技型企业应扩大企业规模结构,企业R＆D商业化能力是企业自主技术创新的动力.
