| 摘 要： | “人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目研究是对传统教育的一种挑战，它的落脚点更应体现在人才培养质量上。通过数年实践，我们的体会主要是：明确办学指导思想，狠抓思想观念转变，确立教学重中之重的地位是提高本科教学质量的前提；优化师资队伍建设是提高本科教学质量的关键；推进教学改革是提高本科教学质量的重点；完善有力的学习支持服务是提高本科教学质量的保证。
