| 摘 要： | 以心理剧这一心理治疗技术为主要教学载体讲授《大学生情绪心理学》课程是新的尝试与探索。实践结果表明,心理剧的应用丰富了课堂教学元素,增强了课堂教学的生动性,拓展了课堂教学的内容,突出了教学实践性,促进了教学相长。大学生在运用心理剧技术解决自我情感认知与调控能力问题过程中,发展与完善了自我情绪心理结构,完成了本课程的教学要求,达到了教学目的。
