摘    要:正确的体育理论可能有益于体育实践的发展,而错误的体育理论必然有损于体育实践的发展。但正确的体育理论对实践作用也绝不是直接的、具体的、对应的关系,而是多层次的。体育实践工作者对体育理论的掌握不应是技术性的、道德上的,而应是精神上的融合和价值上的统一。只有这样,实践主体才能自觉地对自己隐蔽在行为中的理念与价值进行挖掘与批判,在与理论对话的基础上形成视野融合,使理论与实践真正统一,体育理论才能变成实践者自觉的行动。要提升体育教学的理论品质,提高理论对实践的导向作用,就有必要对体育教学理论的进一步认识、指导实践的功能及制约体育理论对体育实践发挥其功能的主要因素等问题进行探讨,揭示不同体育教学理论在对极其丰富、复杂的体育教学实践中的作用及其局限性,以便进一步促使我国学校体育改革向纵深发展。

Abstract:What function do PE theories have on practice? How do PE theories use in practice? The correct PE theories are benefit to the development of PE practice, but the wrong PE theories must be harmful to PE practice. But the correct theories cannot be used in practice directly and corresponding. The PE teachers should master the theories from spirit and value. Based on study of the relationships between PE theories and PE practice, considering about the character and the functions of PE theories, this paper discussed the affection and limitations of PE theories on PE practice in order to promoting the further reform of physical education.
