| 摘 要： | 日本双重结构评估机制即内部评估和外部评估相结合。内部评估质量系统关注的是生源的输入和教学科研过程的运作，外部质量评估系统保证的是学校的输出结果，内外部评估共同监控教学从输入到输出的整个过程。这些为我们在确立以人为本的教育理念、服务社会的质量意识、公正公平的教育原则、长期有效的监控制度等方面提出很好的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Japan assess mechanism of double structure is the mechanism that the inside assess combined with the outside assess together, the quality system of inside assess pays close attention to the enrollment of source of students and the operation course of teaching scientific research, the quality system of external assess guarantee the output result of school, and the inside and outside assess control the course of whole teaching together. These are establishing the human-oriented education idea, quality consciousness of serve society, education principle of equity and fair, long-term effective control system, etc. for us to use for references. |
