| 摘 要： | 随着篮球运动的发展，篮球防守技、战术发生了很多变化，在篮球比赛中防守的重要性被体现的淋漓尽致。因此，为提高个人对防守重要性的认识，运用文献资料法、数据分析法和录像观察法对2005-2006年CBA职业联赛常规赛前36轮防守技术进行对比分析，通过对中外篮球防守观念的现状的分析得出确切的结论。

| Abstract: | With the development of basketball sports, there has a lot of change in basketball defensive tactics and technique, the importance of defense in basketball match has been paid more attention. Through using the method of literature, data analysis and video observation, this paper makes comparative analysis on defensive technique of 36 matches during 2005 - 2006 CBA and draws the definite conclusion. |
