| 摘 要： | 海明威作为一个资产阶级作家，不满资本主义社会，他又看不到希望之所在，摆脱不掉自己内心的失落感和迷惘情绪，但他始终都没有放弃自己的努力和追求。而他所塑造的桑提亚哥以及一系列的硬汉形象无一不印证着他的鲜明个性：真正的英雄不是那些胜利在望时的勇敢者，而是明知前面是失败而依然挺起胸膛无畏地走向死亡的人，即西西弗斯式的英雄。

| Abstract: | Hemingway,as a bourgeois writer,was unsatifised with the capitalist society.Even though he was unabale to find hope and get rid of the mood of being dropped and lost,he never gave up his effords and parsuit.Santiago as well as other tough images he created is marked with this distinctive charater.A true hero is not the brave one with victory in sight ,but the one goes to death with his chest thrown out ,a hero like Sisyphus. |
