| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会提出的科学发展观，是以胡锦涛总书记为首的中央领导集体，立足现实、总结过去、面向未来，对马克思主义发展观的坚持和发展、继承和创新．是新世纪新阶段的新发展观．具有丰富的内涵。它的提出有着现赛的、历史的、理论的、时代的多重依据。牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观是全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想、全面建设小康社会的必然要求．关系党和国家的工作大局，关系中国特色社会主义事业的长远发展．具有重大而深远的意义。

| Abstract: | Scientific views of development, put forward in our Party's 16th conference, by central col-lective leadership led by chairman Jintao Hu who base themselves upon present, summarize the past and face the future, ts the persistence and development,inherence and innovation of Marxism and the new views of development in new century and new stage with abundant connotation. Its brought out has many gist, such as realistic, historic, academic and era. Firmly setting and roundly carrying out scientific views of development is the certain demand of full carrying out the important idea "the three representation" and full constructing better-off social. It decides the overall work situation of our Party and country and the long-term development of socialistic enterprise, which has great and far-reaching meaning. |
