| 摘 要： | 发展弱势群体体育是实现"以人为本"社会价值取向的需要,是维护社会稳定有序发展和促进人的全面发展的需要,是促进人与自然和谐发展的需要.为了加强弱势群体体育以促进和谐社会建设,应建立完善的社会保障体系,加大对弱势群体的体育政策支持力度,大力发展社区体育.
