| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展和学分制改革的不断深入以及网络信息化管理手段的应用。高校教材管理工作面临前所未有的挑战。要很好地应对新形势下的挑战，需要通过转变教材管理工作观念、完善教材管理的制度、采用先进的教材管理手段等途径加以解决。
