| 摘 要： | 由于核心期刊评价机制的某些负面作用及其影响，非核心期刊发展举步维艰，生存面临危机；社会对于科学研究需求的多元化、多层次和多样性以及学术期刊编辑特点和规律的作用，使非核心期刊具有其独特的研究领域和生存价值；社会要重视非核心期刊的学术地位和作用，并给予其相应的生存发展空间；非核心期刊要进一步增强竞争意识，注重自身办刊特色与风格的建树。

| Abstract: | Due to some negative effects and influences of assessment mechanism for key periodicals, the development of non-key periodicals is facing a serious challenge and the subsistence of non-key periodicals falls into dire straits. As scientific research characterizes diversity and academic periodicals possess their own characteristics and laws of edit, non-key periodicals have their unique research domain and subsistence value. Our society should offer non-key periodicals the due academic position, subsistence conditions and development space. Practitioners of non-key periodicals should strengthen their awareness of competition, create a unique feature and forge a special style. |
