| Abstract: | In this paper,it gives the solution of matrix equation AX=BX,and points out the sufficient and mecessary condition that two same-order matrix have common charactertic roots,the sufficient and necessary condition that matrixes are similarities smong them,and a finding of similarity transformation matrix. |
