| 摘 要： | 考察了高校图书馆在数字信息资源联合建设中面临的政府公共利益与高校个体利益、资源提供方与资源使用方、中心图书馆与中小型参建图书馆之间的冲突和机遇,并针对湖北高校数字图书馆建设的实践,在制度层面提出了改进建议。
