| Abstract: | PE teaching and sports are the important methods of cultivating and developing healthy personality, which has the abundant and active educational function. Therefore, the author analyzes how to cultivate the character of the students and athletes and makes an experiment in terms of sports and teaching process. And puts forward some reference suggestions for teaching and training. |
