| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生就业难问题已成为全社会关注的热点。本文从“大学生就业难”与“大学生人才数量相对不足”这一矛盾现象的分析入手,指出“职业价值观不良”是导致大学生就业难的根本原因。因此,要解决这一问题,必须加强大学生的职业价值观教育。

| Abstract: | It is difficult for graduates to find jobs, which has drawn the attention of the whole society. Graduates cannot find jobs, while the number of graduates is comparatively small. Analysing this contradictory phenomenon, the author points out that improper professional value is the main cause leading to the difficulty for graduates to find jobs. Therefore, the education of professional value must be strengthened, in order to solve this problem. |
