| 摘 要： | 目前,综合性大学影视传媒教育面临各种问题,制约该专业发展的问题主要有影视传媒专业教育专业定位模糊;影视传媒专业教育资源短缺,发展后劲不足;师资队伍存在缺陷,学生专业优势不明显。针对这一现状,文章提出了相应时策。对影视与新传媒专业进行科学定位,凸现泛专业化特点,旨在培养具有较高数字化媒介应用与研究能力、较高人文素质的人才;对校内影视与新媒体专业教育硬件资源进行有效整合,在财力有限的情况下发挥专业设备效果的最大化;同时通过师资力量的二度整合,培养和建立起一支适应数字化时代要求的高效能的师资队伍。
