摘    要:高职高专教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,肩负着培养人才,发展科学和服务社会的重要使命。拥有一支理论知识丰富和专业实践能力过硬的双师型教师队伍十分关键。从制度层面分析探讨高职高专双师型教师队伍建设,无疑会加快双师型教师队伍建设的进程,满足高职高专对双师型教师队伍的需要,提高高职高专教学质量和办学水平。
