| Abstract: | The authors of this paper try to classify the system styles of the current teaching materials used in sport biomechanics,analyze their characteristics in structure and discover their defects. Consequently,a kind of new and more practical style is proposed based on the teaching objectives for undergraduates in colleges of physical education while some suggestions as to its smooth practice are also raised. |
