摘    要:国内的企业文化建设,时下存在或等同于文娱活动,或等同于政治思想工作,或注重企业形象,或与企业理念、共同价值观以及管理相脱节等误区.应进一步提高对企业文化的认识,注重管理模式的建立和适应自己特点的制度建设,做到"务实"与"务虚"结合.

Abstract:In the present cultural construction of domestic enterprises, there exist many misconceptions such as the equalization of cultural construction with cultural entertainment and ideological work, the focus upon the improvement of enterprise's image, the separation from enterprise's rational concep' its common view of value and its administration. Enterprise culture should be strengthened ideologically and more stress should be laid on the construction of administrative patterns. Concrete task should be well combined with ideological work.
