摘    要:教师合作是实现学校组织学习、教师专业发展的重要手段,而教师特有的工作方式决定了教师合作更多地以知识分享为特征。该文结合对教师合作现有研究成果的考察,探讨如何构建一种促进知识分享的教师合作机制,并结合北京某小学的个案展开相关讨论。

Abstract:Teacher Collaboration is an important way to achieve teacher's professional development and organizational learning. The characteristics of teachers' work suggest teacher collaboration should be based on knowledge sharing. The paper tried to construct the mechanism of teacher collaboration based on knowledge sharing, and discussed the relevant issues based on a case.
