| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业是针对某一市场机遇,由若干个企业依托信息网络资源而组成的动态的企业联盟。与传统的实体企业相比,虚拟企业中的不确定性更多,因此它在给成员企业带来新的市场机遇和较高收益的同时,也出现了一些新的风险。通过对虚拟企业中的各种合作风险进行分析,提出了若干风险控制策略,并指出了风险分配与利益分配之间的关系,对虚拟企业的有效运作有较好参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | Virtual enterprise is a dynamic enterprise alliance. It is based on the information network resources and established when a market opportunity appears. Compared with a traditional enterprise, there are more uncertainties in a virtual enterprise. Although it brings more benefits to its partners, it also results in some new risks. In this paper, the cooperation risks of a virtual enterprise are analyzed in detail, and several strategies to control these risks are given. Finally, the relationship between risk distribution and benefit distribution is put forward. Our research results are useful to the effective operation of virtual enterprise. |
