| 摘 要： | 随着高校改革的深入，金工实习工厂的任务由提供学生实习的单项功能转为既要提供实习基地又要自主创收，解决资金渍乏等多项功能。本文针对新时期金工实习工厂保证金工实习教学质量的内因进行了探讨，提出应从思想、业务素质方面加强教师队伍建设，从教学方法多样化、教学内容新颖化、实习项目工程化等方面提高教学效果采取了系列措施，为广大金工实习基地的建设提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the further reform of colleges and universities, the single function of the metalworking factory attached to a school, which only used to provide training to students, should now be transformed into varied functions that the factory is not only used as a training base, but also makes profits of its own to solve the problem of deficiency of funds. This article approaches the internal causes of the factory pledging its teaching quality in the new period, and refers to some measures, such as strengthening teachers on a high level from thinking and vocational quality, and enhancing the teaching efficincy by variety of teaching methods, new teaching contents and projecting training courses, to supply the experience for reference for the construction of the mass of metalworking training bases. |
