| 摘 要： | 为了使科技查新人员能够更好的完成企业的查新委托,提高自身的业务素质能力,本文主要从查新员与企业客户的沟通交流、数据库及网络资源的选择、查新课题查新点的提炼归纳以及查新结论的撰写4个方面,对查新员在查新工作中可能遇到的问题及其应具备的业务素质能力进行了论述,力争提高科技查新的质量,科学发展面向企业的科技查新工作。

| Abstract: | To be good at the enterprise-oriented sci-tech novelty retrieval and improve service ability,the communicating ability with enterprise clients,the analyzing and inducting ability of novelty retrieval points,the choosing ability of database and web resources,and the writing ability of novelty retrieval conclusions were mainly discussed in this paper.It was very important for the novelty searchers to have four service ability that mentioned above. |
