| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着高校毕业生就业形势的进一步严峻,贫困大学生就业已成为高校毕业生就业工作的难点问题,并已引起了国家、社会和高校教育工作者的高度关注。文章对当前贫困大学生择业行为的特点及贫困生"就业难"的成因进行了解析,并针对性地提出了促进贫困生顺利就业的几点对策。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of higher education,the difficulty of the college gradates,especially the impoverished students in employment,has become the focal issue concerned by the whole society as well as the state and college educators.It's the socialist principle of fairness and justice to support the impoverished students to be employed.This article makes an analysis of the impoverished students' present conditions and the causes of their difficulties,probes into,from varies of aspects,how to help them find jobs,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. |
