| 摘 要： | 高职艺术专业学生存在的问题比较突出,使学校在教育和管理上存在一定的难度。由于受社会、学校、家庭、个人因素及艺术专业的影响,导致学生出现自我意识强,学习、生活习惯不好及文化基础较弱等问题。要有效地解决这些问题,需从强化学生思想教育、实现人本管理和加强专职教师和辅导员两支队伍建设等几个方面入手。

| Abstract: | The problems of arts students of vocational colleges become more prominent and make the education and management a little difficult.Influenced by the society,colleges,families,personal factors and art majors,art students have the strong self-awareness,the bad learning habits and weak basic knowledge,etc.In the interest of solving these problems effectively,we should enhance the ideological education and humanistic management to students,and strengthen the construction of the two teams of full-time teachers and counselors. |
