| 摘 要： | 清真饮食业是回族传统行业之一,在传承与改革之际,桂林回族清真饮食业在获得发展的同时,也面临着挑战与担忧。对此,在对桂林回族清真饮食业现状作一概述后,指出了清真饮食业的不足之处,同时对于回族清真饮食业发展的最佳取向提出了几点建议。
