| 摘 要： | 在科技、经济全球化与知识经济的背景下,技术转移已成为推动技术创新和技术进步的重要手段.以珠三角地区102家高科技企业作为实证对象,探讨吸收能力、知识整合对组织知识与转移绩效的影响关系.实证结果表明:(1)吸收能力对知识整合有显著的正向影响;(2)吸收能力对组织知识没有显著的正向影响;(3)知识整合对组织知识有显著的正向影响;(4)吸收能力对技术转移绩效有显著的正向影响;(5)知识整合对技术转移绩效有显著的正向影响;(6)组织知识对技术转移绩效有显著的正向影响.最后,探讨了本研究的理论与实践意义,并提出在管理实践上的若干建议.
