| Abstract: | The development of industrial design is an important factor in promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Tianjin is an important industrial city of manufacturing industry in China. This paper analyzed the present situation of industrial design and the existing problems about the structure of industry in Tianjin,discussed the strategies to build an industrial design innovation platform so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of the structure of manufacturing industry through the ＂Plan to Improve Innovative Designs＂ and the integration of resources. |
