| 摘 要： | 档案学研究旨在揭示档案的本质,探求档案工作的规律,预测档案事业发展的趋势,指导档案工作实践。然而,目前的档案学研究和实践之间存在一定程度的“两张皮”现象。本文提出并初步探讨了档案学研究成果的形态、功能及其转化问题,期望就档案学研究成果的转化和推广展开进一步的讨论。

| Abstract: | The aim of the research of the archival administration program is to disclose the essence of archives,explore the regular pattern of the archival work,predict the trend of the development of archival business,and guide the archival practice.However,there is phenomenon of "two pieces of skin" between the present research of archival administration program and practice.This paper puts forward and discusses the configuration,function,and transformation of the scientific research achievement of archival administration program.Hopefully,it can encourage further discussions on the transformation and popularization of the scientific research achievement of archival administration program. |
