| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，中国政党外交在指导思想上经历了从革命外交到和平外交的转变过程，在党际交往的对象上由与一种类型政党的交往发展到与多种类型政党的交往，在交往的内容上从侧重于政治领域逐步扩展到经济、文化、社会生活各个领域。尊重政党政治的多样性和政党格局的多样性，为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设创造和平国际环境，以党际关系推动国家关系的发展，通过对话交流治党治国经验和磋商重大国际问题，增进相互了解和促进对外经贸合作，加强多边接触与合作等已成为新世纪中国政党外交的新内容。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up,the diplomacy of Chinese political party has undergone the process of changing from revolution to peace in the guiding ideology.Inter-party exchanges have changed from one type to the development of various types.The diplomatic focus on content varies gradually from politics to various fields.Respecting for the diversity of political parties and political patterns to create a peaceful environment for the reform and opening up and modernization,using inter-party relationship to promote relations between states,exchanging the experience in running the Party and state and to consult major international issues through dialogue,enhancing mutual understanding and promoting foreign trade and economic cooperation,and strengthening multilateral engagement and cooperation have become the new contents of the political diplomacy in the new century. |
