| 摘 要： | 随着网络游戏的出现和发展,网络游戏中的虚拟财产成为纠纷的焦点之一,但我国现行法律并没有对此问题做出明确的规定。应该将网络虚拟财产作为一种独立的财产权进行保护,从立法或司法解释以及现实保护两个方面着手,使网络游戏产业在法治的轨道内实现平稳、健康的发展。
