| 摘 要： | 全国重点建设职教师资培养培训基地——同济大学职业技术教育学院承担了教育部“十五”重点课题“职教师资培养策略体系国际比较研究”，开展了对中外职业技术教育师资培养策略体系的研究。本课题中的研究内容涉及师资队伍建设、师资职前培养、在职进修和专业发展等。课题中的“职教师资”主要限定为职业技术学校的专业师资，高职师资不列为本课题的研究对象。国际研究重点有德国、美国，另外还有欧盟部分国家、东南亚部分国家或地区进行的研究和探讨。
