| 摘 要： | 学位论文的评审与答辩是对学位论文质量进行把关的重要环节,但在目前的学位论文评审与答辩管理中仍存在一些问题。对于学位论文评审中存在的人情与同情因素,可以通过匿名评审方式和制定科学的论文质量评价体系加以消除;对于学位论文答辩中存在的走过场问题,可以通过安排监督员进行监督的方式加以解决。

| Abstract: | The dissertation evaluation is very important,but there are some problems in the related management.There are some human factors influencing the fairness of dissertation evaluation.The author puts forward some effective suggestions on solving the problems in order to create fair circumstance for the college students. |
