| Abstract: | This paper,in view of the current situation of the college students' management,has mainly analyzed the characteristics of the junior college students' thought,study and behavior,checked the problems in the college students' management,proposed the views that strengthening guidance is the main countermeasure to the educational administration of the junior colldge student,and given a series of countermeasures of strengthening guidance. |
