| 摘 要： | 史书记载鲍叔牙以管仲有治国“五能”为由，力荐其为齐国执政。这“五能”为：“宽惠爱民”、“治国不失秉”、“忠信可结于诸侯”、“制礼义可法于四方”、“介胄执袍，立于军门，使百姓皆加勇”。这“五能”在《管子》、《国语》和《左传》所记载的管仲治齐方略和治国理念中均有所表现，其中蕴涵着可资今人借鉴的丰富思想资源。
