| 摘 要： | 编辑修改加工的目的是提升文稿的质量,使之符合出版规范,达到出版要求。但有的修改加工却使文稿内容面目全非,失去作者的原意,甚至造成严重的侵权现象。出版需要编辑加工,需要编辑在法规授权的范围内准确地进行修改加工,但编辑修改加工需要优化控制。编辑修改加工的优化控制可以通过编辑准确把握修改权限、提高自身素质,完善《著作权法》,强化编辑部的相关管理等途径实现。

| Abstract: | The purposes of editing,revising and polishing are to improve and beautify the articles,and bring the articles to meet the morms and requirements of publication.However,some of the editors' revising and polishing may change the articles totally and lose the authors' intention.And sometimes the revising and polishing even infringe a copyright.Publication needs editing and polishing,and the editors should revise and polish the articles within the limit of laws and regulations.Therefore the editors need to perform optimization controlling on their editing,revising and polishing of the articles.This required optimization controlling can be realized through editors' correct understanding of their duty and the improvement of their quality;through the perfection of Copyright Law;through the reinforcement of journal office administration and the other approaches. |
