摘    要:在应试教育的驱使下,不少学校依赖于制度管人,结果是很多时候“管住了身,管不了心”。只有有效实效“以德治教”,才能从根本上解决树立正确世界观、人生观、价值问题。德育是“以德治教”的重要内容。对学生进行德育,学校起主渠道作用。学校要以先进的社会主义道德理论为指导,针对不同的教育对象,充分调动各方面的积极性,采用符合学生心理发展规律的科学的引导方法,将“以德治教”落到实务。

Abstract:Prompted by the policy of exam-oriented, administration of many schools turn to rule sand regulation for the management of the students, which only results in "keeping the students" bodies under the contort, keeping the students' souls away from the control." Only effectively carry out "Management" of teaching by Morals "can they help the students fogter a correct outlook on the world, life and value. Teaching of worlds of the schools, with its important contents, play an guiding part in the teaching of morals of the students. Schools should manage the students in a with their different individuals making full use of all kinds of positive factors and adopt scientific guiding ways which are suitable for psychological development law of the students, putting "management of teaching of by morals" to practicable use.
