| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着高职院校的规模和学生数量的迅速增加,如何加强高职院校大学生就业指导课程的建设是当前一项重要的工作和任务,高职院校明确以就业为导向,培养学生以职业能力为核心,提升高职大学生就业职业化素质和能力,职业生涯规划课程的教学,对培养高质量职业技术人才具有积极的作用。
