基于心理契约视角分析大学生就业中的违约现象

摘    要:大学生就业一直是社会关注的焦点和热点,近年来,违约现象的增多给大学生就业工作带来一定困难,致使人力资源配置成本增加。本文从心理契约的视角分析大学生就业中的违约现象,找出双方心理契约违背的根源,并提出解决方案,旨在减少和避免大学毕业生就业中因心理契约违背出现的违约现象。

Abstract:The employment of graduates is focused on by people. The breach of graduates' employment contracts is adding, and makes the cost increase. Through analyzing the reasons of the breach of graduates' employment contracts from physical contract, the article points out the direction for enterprises, graduates and universities.
