| Abstract: | The modernization of sci--tech journals in the information age is consisted of the modernization of the management and editing, and the network service as well. The traditional management and editing on journals has been renovated with the introductiOn of the application Of computer, which has upgraded sharply the quality and efficiency of the journals. With the innovation of the propagation and exchange in the network, the digital journal has turned out to be a tendency and important form of the publication. |
