| 摘 要： | 在传统学术观念中,大学教学所处的地位不高。直至20世纪90年代,大学教学学术才在美国受到关注并影响到高校自身的发展。本文从大学教学的真实处境切入,追溯大学教学学术思想的萌发,探讨大学教学学术的特性,进而提出大学教学学术的培育措施,以期为形成大学教学学术健康发展机制提供些许启示。
