| 摘 要： | 对湖南普通高校公共体育课的课堂违纪、管理策略及管理效果进行调查,采用内容分析法对问卷的关键问题进行逻辑分析得出,内容分析法对研究普通高校公共体育课堂管理提供了新方法、新手段。通过该方法研究发现:大学体育课上最容易犯的是说笑、打闹违纪;各种违纪中教师管理效果不理想的是站着看不按要求练习;在所有管理策略中,效用最高的是树威信、表扬和因材施教,最无效的是羞辱。
