高等职业院校的品牌发展研究

摘    要:高等职业院校品牌是学校在长期发展过程中由办学水平、专业建设、教学质量以及社会评价等在人们心中形成的印象和知名度,是学校的无形资产,是学校综合实力的集中体现。实施品牌发展战略是高等职业教育类型特征的客观要求,是促进教育有序、合理竞争的重要举措,是实现教育国际化,保证高等职业教育可持续发展的必然选择。建设高职院校品牌,要抓住其基本要素,从办学理念、品牌专业、学校文化、名师培养、教育质量、办学特色、社会服务等方面入手。

Abstract:The paper points out that the brand of a higher vocational college is built up with the public recognition and judgment on its school running level, features of curricular provided and teaching quality. The brand can be an intangible asset to a college. It measures the college's comprehensive capacity. Thus, the paper contends that it is very important for higher vocational colleges to boost their brand. It explains that brand development strategy reflects the requirement and objectives of higher vocational education; it is a direct approach to the internationalization of education and the sustainable development of higher vocational education. The paper finally suggests that the brand development strategy should focus on such essential elements as philosophy culture, faculty building, for school running, curricula development, campus education quality and feature and social service.
