| 摘 要： | 当前的非洲教育依然存在明显的性别差异,一系列社会、经济、文化因素阻碍着非洲女子教育的发展,因此需要相应的政策干预。非洲各国成功的经验指明了政策干预的方向,主要包括:降低公共教育成本,使女童可以承受;营造一种有利于女性的安全、公平、友善的学校环境;立法保证性别平等。总之,要让性别回归政策的主流。
