| 摘 要： | 高等教育在经历了20世纪末21世纪初的规模化、跨越式发展之后，人才培养质量已经成为大学生存和发展的根本。思想政治工作作为我们党的工作的“生命线”，它所具有的导向功能、保证功能、育人功能，对于实现高校和谐目标，有效化解利益矛盾，凝聚人心，实现高校的协调健康发展具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | After advanced education went through large - scale and upgraded development, the quality of tal- entstraining has become more and more fundamental for universities to survive and develop. Efforts concerned ideology and politics are crucial for our Party to survive. Their orienting, ensuring and educational functions are of great importance for universities to achieve a harmonious environment, to solve the interests - related conflicts, to unite people, thus obtaining consistent and healthy development at last. |
