| 摘 要： | 高校开展知识产权保护与管理工作时间短,知识产权制度宣传力度不够,知识产权保护意识较为薄弱,科研人员申请专利的积极性不高,知识产权的管理没有形成科学规范的体系,侵犯知识产权时有发生,知识产权流失也成为高校面临的问题,制约了高校职能的发挥。加强高校知识产权的保护,建立科学规范的知识产权管理体系。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities carry out the protection and management of intellectual property rights only for a short time.The propagation of knowledge property and the consciousness of protecting intellectual property rights are comparatively weak;the researchers' enthusiasm of applying for patents is not high;the administration of intellectual property rights does not form a standard scientific system;the action of infringing upon the rights occurs frequently as well as the running off of the rights are the problems which restrict the exertion of colleges and universities' function.We should reinforce the protection of colleges and universities' intellectual property rights and build a standard administrative system. |
