| Abstract: | Administering Our Country according to law is consistent with insisting on the CPC's leadership. To realize their union, one should correctly understand and deal with the relation between the power of law and that of the Party, to ensure that the Party administers according to the constitution and law, improve the party's leading and administering ways and correctly deal with the relation between the party and government. |
