| Abstract: | In the context of the profound changes of the condition in and out of corporations,systematical researches of psychological capital are the important means of knowing the characteristics and construct of human resource of organization and establishing relevant management countermeasure.So the origin and definition of psychological capital,the conceptualization and trend of concept research of psychological capital,the characteristic of psychological capital have become hot spots of current research. |
