| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对河南省师范类高校公共体育课程改革现状进行调研，从教育理念、教学项目、内容、教学模式、教学方法和考核评价各个方面着手进行分析和探讨，得出结论。建议从课程内容设置和教学方法等方面进行改革，为更好地指导师范类高校体育教学提供理论上的依据。
