| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料，逻辑分析，实证等方法探讨我国运动员保险现状，存在问题以及解决问题的对策。由《飞人刘翔签下亿元保单天价数额创中国运动员之最》一文得到启示，提出运动员商业保险一种新型方式：用体育明星的无形资产投资保险，实现运动员与保险公司互惠双赢的运作模式。

| Abstract: | Use documentary data, such methods as logic analysis and demonstrations probe into the current condition, existing problems of athletes＇insurance in our country and possible solutions to the existing problems. Inspired by the news report entitled Flier Liu Xiang Signs Guarantee Slip of a hundred million, which ranks the Highest among Chinese athletes; a new pattern of athletes＇commercial insurance can be put forward, that is, utilizing intangible assets of sports stars to invest in insurance to form a win -win operation pattern which benefits beth the athlete and the insurance company. |
